Dr Janine Bosak is an Associate Professor in Organisational Psychology and Director of Research of the Leadership and Talent Institute (LTI) at DCU. She also manages the DCU Business School doctoral programme as Director of Doctoral Studies. Janine completed her PhD with summa cum laude at the Department for Psychology, University of Bern (Switzerland). Currently Janine is a James M. Flaherty Visiting Professor at HEC Montreal, Canada, and a Visiting Professor at the Capital University of Economics and Business in Beijing, China. Janine conducts research, teaches and consults in the areas of 1.) Women and Leadership; and 2.) Employee Well-being in Organizations. She is also a certified and trained coach who advances the systemic and solution-focused approach to coaching. Her articles appear in journals including the Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin (PSPB), Human Resource Management (US), Human Resource Management Journal (HRMJ), International Journal of Human Resource Management (IJHRM), and the British Journal of Management (BJM). Her research programme has attracted several fellowships, grants and awards from bodies such as the European Science Foundation (ESF), Swiss National Foundation (SNF), German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), Society of Personality and Social Psychology (SPSP) and the Ireland Canada University Foundation (ICUF).
